Sunday practice + open mats + jiu-jitsuBuilt for wrestlers
State champs and Division I national champions spend their off-season on this mat. Come get some work in with elite athletes.

Why wrestlers train here
Jiu-jitsu has been proven time and time again to make better wrestlers: better scrambles, better hand-fighting, better composure when it goes bad. Coach Nick wrestled for 12 years, holds a judo black belt, and is an assistant coach at Badger Wrestling Club. He speaks your language.

Questions people ask
Do I need to know any jiu-jitsu?
No. Wrestlers pick it up fast because you already have the base, and no-gi is the closest thing to what you know.
Is there an in-season option?
Yes. Sunday practice and open mats run year round, and the lunchtime no-gi classes fit around a school schedule.
Can my team come in?
Get in touch. Nick has hosted college and high school wrestlers for years.
